Thanks to telehealth, you can now receive expert health care, consultation and even certain prescriptions in a safe, convenient and 100% virtual environment. That means managing your health care needs anytime, anywhere.
We’re also happy to share that a telehealth visit is the same cost as an office visit or lower. In fact, many carriers offer free virtual visits for COVID-19 diagnosis, which can be a great way to limit your in-person testing and save time and money.

If you’re enrolled in an ADP TotalSource medical benefits plan, we’ve got great news. You and your family are automatically eligible for Health Advocate — a program that works to cut your costs and make your life easier.
Simply log onto HealthAdvocate.com/ADPTotalSource and use the free online tools to find the right doctors and hospitals, schedule tests and appointments, learn more about health conditions, research the latest treatments, resolve billing and claims issues, and more.
You can also lower your bills with the medical bill saver. Here’s how it works.
- First, you give Health Advocate your medical and dental bills of $400 or more.
- Then, they contact your provider to negotiate a discount.
- If they’re successful, they share in 25% of the savings. If they’re unsuccessful, you pay nothing!
- Once an agreement is made, Health Advocate obtains provider sign-off on payment terms and conditions.
