- There are two enrollment periods: (1) one-time New Hire Enrollment and (2) annual Open Enrollment.
- The Plan Year for ADP TotalSource employee benefits begins on June 1 of each year and ends the following May 31.
- Unlike the Plan Year, the deductible cycles for most insurance carriers run on a calendar year basis (January 1 to December 31).
